Danish Chocolate Bars in a variety of gorgeous flavors.  Mellōw Chocolate is made from cocoa beans from farmers who respect human rights, cocoa forestry and biodiversity. Made in Copenhagen, Denmark, and it is always produced in small batches with few ingredients and no secrets.

BLACK OATS CHOCOLATE BAR:  A vegan milk chocolate bar made with Danish black oats. Black oats are ground together with cocoa beans to form a vegan chocolate milk bar. The old grain variety brings a mild and flavorful addition to the chocolate. Handcrafted, gently roasted and slowly conched, enhancing the natural qualities of the black oats & cocoa beans. INGREDIENTS: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, wholegrain black oats & cocoa butter.

74% BEJOFO ESTATE CHOCOLATE BAR:  Mellow’s two-ingredient Bejofo Estate bar is full of classical Madagascan citrus flavor. It has very typical Madagascan cocoa notes, with a strong, clean taste. Handcrafted, gently roasted and slowly conched, enhancing the natural qualities of the cocoa beans. INGREDIENTS: Organic cocoa beans and organic sugar.

COCONUT MILK CHOCOLATE BAR:  A rich chocolate bar with tasty coconut milk. Caribe cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic combined with organic coconut milk and cane sugar blend into a rich chocolate bar. Handcrafted, gently roasted and slowly conched, enhancing the natural qualities of the cocoa beans. INGREDIENTS:  Cocoa beans, cane sugar, coconut milk & cocoa butter.

MARCONA ALMONDS CHOCOLATE BAR:  A wholesome chocolate bar with earthy & roasted almonds. The cocoa beans in this bar are sourced from Tanzania’s Kilombero Valley, from Kokoa Kamili. Gently roasted and slowly conched, bringing out tasting notes of apricot, coffee and mandarin. Once the chocolate is tempered and in the mold Mellow adds sweet, juicy Marcona almonds grown under the Spanish sun. INGREDIENTS: Cocoa beans, cane sugar & almonds.

OLIVE OIL CHOCOLATE BAR:  A smooth chocolate bar with a surprising mouthfeel. Mellow sources the cocoa beans for this bar from the social cooperative Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. A blend of Picual, Koroneiki, Arbosana & Arbequina olive oil varieties from Alentejo, Portugal, are infused in to this bean-to-bar chocolate bringing out floral and fruity tasting notes. INGREDIENTS:  Cocoa beans, cane sugar & olive oil.

SEA SALT CHOCOLATE BAR:  A generous chocolate bar with mineral-rich sea salt flakes. Mellow sources the cocoa beans for this bar from the social cooperative Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania and unrefined mineral sea salt from the Kattegat Sea. Handcrafted, gently roasted and slowly conched, enhancing the natural qualities of the cocoa. INGREDIENTS:  Cocoa beans, cane sugar & sea salt.
