Danish Dessert Chef's Chocolate
This chocolate is based on a two-ingredient bean-to-bar chocolate. The chocolate made from cocoa beans from Kokoa Kamili and organic cane sugar from the Native Green project in Brazil. The chocolate is molded into large blocks and then grated into a coarse granule for easy and quick melting in the kitchen, or addition into the cake.
We use it ourselves for cakes, pies, creams and more, because it melts more evenly and faster than a chopped chocolate bar. In addition, it gives a fantastic full-bodied and powerful chocolate flavor to any recipe. The chocolate is supplied freshly produced. Natural flavor notes of coffee, apricot and tangerine.
