This green bar of soap gets its color and mild scent from sage leaves harvested and infused in oils. These potent oils are then blended with organic oils and local animal fats to nourish the skin. This cold process soap makes a creamy lather with a light green smell.
"In the spring, when eastern Washington is in a rush of bloom from rains and heat I harvest sage leaves. I go to the edge of a cemetery on the outskirts of a small town where sage brush has started to grow among the old derelict headstones. I harvest enough of the fragrant green leaves to infuse in oils or distill into hydrosol and then head back for home, hopefully tick free." - Saint Cottonwood
