SHIPPING

Please allow 3 - 5 days from purchase date for online orders to ship. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Once your package has been ship we are not responsible for lost or damaged items and ask you contact USPS/UPS/FEDEX for any information on tracking details. 

 

RETURN POLICIES

Exchanges, credits and refunds are accepted up to 5 business days after the item is purchased. Sale/discounted items, custom pieces, altered and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return of an item. Items must be sent back with the original packaging. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

APORTA Textiles products are handcrafted from natural fibers. Any variation in weave or texture is a unique characteristic of the material. All hand embellished items may vary from the photo shown. Repairs are accepted and subject to a fee pending the nature of the damage. For further information on repairs please contact us.
