SHIPPING
Please allow 1 - 5 days from purchase date for online orders to ship. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless chosen differently. Once your package has been shipped we are not responsible for lost or damaged items and ask you contact USPS/UPS/FEDEX for any information on tracking details. Any orders that are undeliverable or sent back to us will need to have shipping paid for again if the customer wishes to reship to a new address.
RETURN POLICIES

Refunds are accepted up to 7 business days after the item is purchased. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to any item bought once it leaves the store.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return of an item. Items must be sent back with the original packaging. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted.
If an order is returned to us with an undeliverable address the order will be returned and the customer will be refunded.

APORTA Textiles products are handcrafted from natural fibers. Any variation in weave or texture is a unique characteristic of the material. All hand embellished items may vary from the photo shown. Repairs are accepted and subject to a fee pending the nature of the damage. For further information on repairs please contact us.
