Breath Work is a new woven series composed of three individual works, each exploring the quiet discipline of presence.

Woven from super-soft, fuzzy mohair and Icelandic Plötulopi wool, the series holds a tactile contrast—haloed softness against grounded structure. Color-blocked forms move slowly across each piece, echoing the rhythm of breath: inhale, pause, exhale.

Breath Work is a moment of meditation rendered in fiber. A practice of centering. Of returning to the body. Of allowing color, texture, and repetition to create calm without narrative or urgency. These works are not meant to be read quickly. They ask for stillness—for the viewer to slow, to breathe, and to rest in the space between intention and release.

Each weaving stands alone, yet together they form a quiet cadence—a visual breath held, then gently let go.
