Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking
All consultations must be booked and paid in full to reserve your time. Once your session is confirmed, you'll receive a brief intake form and scheduling details.

Refunds
All bookings are final. Payments are non-refundable, and discounts do not apply.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling may be accommodated with at least 24 hours' advance notice, and we'll work with you to find a new time that fits. Requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, as well as missed sessions, are not eligible for a reschedule or refund.
